Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of ECHOVO (the "Service"), a self-reflection conversation service operated by ECHOVO (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "User" means any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms. ② "Member" means a person who signs in with a Google account. ③ "Paid Service" means paid offerings such as the ECHOVO PRO monthly subscription.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes)

① These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced. ② The Company may amend these Terms without violating applicable law and will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect.

Article 4 (Services Provided)

The Company provides, among others: 1. Question-and-answer conversation journaling 2. Google Drive sync (stored in the user's own Drive) 3. AI Insight and related features 4. Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

① ECHOVO PRO is a monthly auto-renewing subscription processed via PortOne through Toss Payments or PayPal. ② Fees, billing cycle, and benefits follow what is shown on the checkout screen and Business Info page. ③ Users may schedule cancellation in Settings; PRO benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not: 1. Impersonate others or submit false information 2. Disrupt stable operation of the Service 3. Submit illegal, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content 4. Abuse AI features or send excessive automated requests 5. Violate applicable law or these Terms

Article 7 (Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. For material changes or suspension of paid services, the Company will provide advance notice and take refunds or other measures as required by law.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party outages (Google, OpenAI, payment providers, etc.) absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. ② Conversation content is stored in the user's Google Drive; users are responsible for securing their Drive account.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law shall have venue.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on June 25, 2026.
